Prof. Dr. Joseph John completed his BDS in 1992 in Managalore University and MDS in 1996 from Karnataka University. He has adorned various positions of eminence like Associate Dean of Faculty and Associate Dean of Research. He is presently the Head of the Department and has a teaching experience of 20 years. His areas of interest include Remineralization and Epidemiology. He has 37 publications to his credit.
Dr. I. Meignana Arumugham, M.D.S., Reader
Dr. Meignana Arumugham completed his BDS from Dr.M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, in 2000 and MDS from Saveetha Dental College in 2008. He is presently the Administrative Head of the Department and Associate Dean of Student affairs. He has a teaching experience of more than 8 years and his areas of interest include Dental Public Health. He has 17 publications to his credit.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar ,Graduated from Saveetha University, he is now serving the Alma mater with dedication devotion and determination for instilling the best of knowledge in the minds of students for more than 6 years and also to train them in social activities and serving the community with the world class infrastructure available in the University. Epidemiology, Behavioral science and Biomedicineis his prime mantra. He has the art of persuading his colleagues to work towards the same goal. He has 30 publications to his credit
Dr.D.Sri Sakthi, M.D.S., Senior Lecturer
Dr.SriSakthi.D, pursued her bachelors in dental surgery from Meenakshi Ammal Dental college and passed out with flying colours in November 2006, and did her Masters in Public Health Dentistry in Saveetha Dental College, and passed out in April 2012. Having done masters she took up the teaching profession by joining Saveetha Dental College in May 2012 as a senior lecturer. Her fields of interest include Anthropology, Randomized Controlled Trials and Material Science. She has more than fifteen publications to her credit.

Dr. S.Niveda, Graduated from Saveetha Dental College in 2015 and serving her alma mater from December 2017. Her research interests are in Minimally invasive procedures in Dental Public health. she has more than five publications to her credit and has future plans of pursuing further in research with the department.

Dr. Rohini.K passed out in 2016 with an aggregate of 72% fro Saveetha University. She works as a tutor in Saveetha Dental College. Epidemiology of oral diseases are the core areas of interest, where she wants to pursue further.
