Department of Public Health Dentistry at Saveetha Dental College , had been recognised with the prestigious, “Dr Kedar N Rustagi Award for contributions in promoting Oral Health and treatment to underprivileged groups (Rural, Tribal and Slum Populations, those with special needs”.

Same was done at the Convocation and Award function held on 23rd February 2025 at the SRM katangulathur Dental College in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
