Autism awareness day was conducted by the department of Public Health Dentistry on 2nd April 2025 at St. Anne's Primary School in Keelacherry. The students were entitled for a basic oral health screening and an awareness lecture was given about the condition autism, its early signs and how to build an inclusive society for people with such a challenging condition. The children and teachers were made aware about the condition and collectively an earth was taken to “embrace neurodiversity for a compassionate society.
